Why It's Curated: This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro is for sale in Dyer, Tn. The 1969 Camaro marks the final and most iconic year of the first-generation Camaros, widely regarded as the most desirable thanks to its aggressive styling and one-year-only body design. It represents the pinnacle of first-gen development—GM had three years to refine the formula. This example has been extensively updated with an LT1, MSD, coil overs and Vintage Air, see details below. The owner has receipts back to 1980 and boxes of spares. We like everything about it.

Anything else: As far as I can tell, I am the 3rd owner of this 1969 Camaro. I bought it in Fall of 2020 from the guy that did the LT1 Conversion on it. It started life as a X11 car with a 307CID V8 and Powerglide trans, both of which are long gone. It now has an LT1 out of 95 Camaro with a 4L60 Trans in place. Vintage AC was updated in spring of 2022. I have service records dating back to 1980 on this car. I also have receipts and and EXCEL spreadsheet documenting the entire build in 2009. The previous owner took it on HOT ROD POWER TOUR in 2011. I took it HOT ROD POWER TOUR in 2022 and it performed flawlessly, even in 108 Degree heat, it sat and idled with the AC on at 210 degrees, right where these LT1's like to be.... Lots of extra stuff goes with this car, the original bumpers, 2 Laptops with I think 5 or 7 different tunes saved, cables for hooking the computer to the OBD port, Extra gauges, original gauges, original steering column, matching spare rim/tire, original jack, spare ECM, etc. I will also have all the original receipts, journal, hard drive full of pics of the restoration, and anything else pertaining to this car. When I bought the car, it was an entire pickup load of storage totes and parts. I have sifted through and thrown away the garbage and left with what I have today.
