The Basics
What does it cost me to sell?
Nothing. There are no listing fees and no seller commission — you receive 100% of the price you agree to. CURATED OVR LND is paid by the buyer, who pays a 5% buyer's premium (capped at $4,500) only when a transaction closes.
How does the make-an-offer model work?
There's no fixed auction window. Buyers can submit an offer on your vehicle at any time, privately — offers are not made public to the community. We screen out lowball and non-serious offers so you only see the ones worth your attention. You decide whether to accept, decline, or counter every offer we pass along. You're always in control of the price.
What kind of vehicles do you accept?
We curate for quality. We look at build quality, specifications, and overall condition to maintain the standard our buyers expect. Submit your vehicle and we'll let you know within a few days whether it's a fit.
Listing & Offers
How do buyers contact me?
You don't have to field random calls or messages. All interest comes through CURATED OVR LND, and we handle the routine questions — “Is it still available?”, “What's your lowest price?”, “Where is it located?” — so you don't waste time on them. We only pass along serious inquiries that need your input. Once the buyer has registered with us, we introduce you and the buyer to each other so you can finalize the sale.
Where do you advertise my vehicle?
We market to a nationwide audience of enthusiasts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond, in addition to featuring your vehicle on our marketplace. Your vehicle gets the spotlight it deserves in front of serious, ready-to-buy collectors.
Do I need to take down my other listings?
No. Listing with CURATED OVR LND is not exclusive — you're free to keep your vehicle listed elsewhere while it's with us. Our one policy: your price with us must match the lowest price you have published anywhere else, if applicable. If it sells through another channel, just let us know right away so we can remove it.
Can I set my own price, and can I decline offers?
Yes to both. You set your asking price, and every offer comes to you for approval. You're never obligated to accept an offer you don't like, and you can adjust your price at any time.
Do I keep possession of my vehicle while it's listed?
Yes. Your vehicle stays with you the entire time it's listed and throughout the sale. You keep driving, storing, and insuring it as you normally would until the transaction closes and the buyer takes delivery.
Payment, Title & Shipping
How does payment work, and how do I get paid safely?
Once you accept an offer, we recommend completing the transaction through KeySavvy. Their platform handles secure payment, title transfer, and lien payoff, so you get paid safely without meeting a stranger with a cashier's check. Funds are released to you once the paperwork is complete. You receive 100% of the agreed sale price. We don't require you to use KeySavvy — but at around $99, it's likely the best-value insurance policy you'll ever buy.
What about the title and paperwork?
KeySavvy manages the title transfer as part of the transaction, including handling any existing loan or lien payoff on your vehicle. We'll walk you through exactly what's needed once your offer is accepted.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer. Many buyers fly in and drive the vehicle home, or ship it via a carrier such as RunBuggy. You're not responsible for the cost of getting the vehicle to its new owner.
Who pays for a pre-purchase inspection?
Some buyers ask to make an offer with a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) contingency. PPIs are typically paid for by the buyer and arranged with you directly at a reputable shop in your area, or through a service like Lemon Squad.
