ABOUT US & TEAM
CURATED OVR LND was founded by two vehicle crazy enthusiasts, Erik Pavelka & Noah Neiman. We had been thinking of the business for years (we first started playing around with Facebook and Curated.Bid (our original name) in 2017) and finally decided in 2023 that it was the year to start a company that we would love to use ourselves for buying and selling vehicles.
CURATED OVR LND is focused on only the best hand-selected classic & collector vehicles on the market. We want to position the vehicles in the best light possible for both the buyers and the sellers. In an ideal world, every vehicle on the platform would have high-quality detailed pictures (100+), documented information about their builds, modifications, history, a pre-purchase inspection, and the final transaction between the buyer and seller would be completed through a platform like KeySavvy or Drive Caramel that helps ensures trust between the parties.

Noah Neiman | noah@curatedovrlnd.com
Noah Neiman is the COO and Co-Founder of Curated OVR LND, bringing a rare mix of engineering horsepower and operations know-how to the team. A mechanical engineer by training with years spent at companies like Singer Vehicle Design, Apple, and Bosh, Noah has led everything from chassis engineering to product teams to company-wide operations.
He’s at his happiest solving complex problems, dialing in processes, and getting great vehicles into the hands of people who appreciate them. Whether it’s vintage Porsche builds, or adventure-ready 4x4s, Noah brings a builder’s mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for the automotive world.
Based in Los Angeles, he spends his off-hours exploring anything with wheels and appreciating the details that make a great vehicle truly great.

Scott Rouleau brings a sharp eye and a genuine love for great machines to Curated OVR LND. Based in Santa Barbara, he’s our go-to guy for all things vintage Land Rover, Porsche, and BMW — and he’s just as comfortable talking motorsport as he is guiding a first-time collector. With years in luxury marketing, PR, and high-end automotive sales, Scott knows how to create standout moments and smooth, memorable experiences. He’s professional, personable, and brings the kind of refined taste that fits perfectly with the Curated OVR LND vibe.
