Details & Upgrades:

Engine & Mechanicals:

  • The original four cylinder, three bearing 2286 cc engine has been fully reconditioned and reports to runs very smoothly.
  • The transmission is a reconditioned unit with a new high ratio transfer box which allows both low range and high range gear reduction and the choice of two or four wheel drive. 
  • The vehicle has freewheeling front hubs.

Exterior: 

  • The Birmabright alloy body panels are very straight and free of dents and tears and there are no signs of any damage, even the spot welds on the bulkhead are present and correct. 
  • The chassis has been stripped and repainted and has no signs of any previous welded repairs. 
  • Chassis number stamped in the correct place. 

Interior: 

  • Spartan, yet functional and is of an equally high standard, the occupants benefit further from the safari roof with four opening vents to give a through flow of air.
