Description from the seller:

• The floor has sound deadening, foam, and a polyurethane coated marine ply. The walls have sound deadening and thinsulate. There are a few spots that still need thinsulate, but I still have an unopened roll.
• The van is a cargo van, but has had windows from Van Windows Direct installed on the front two panels and the rear doors.
• The benches have been constructed with 80/20 and covered with oak ply
• Two table tops have been made out of solid Oak, one of which has been installed on a Laguna swivel table – the other is currently uninstalled
• A temporary version of the sink cabinet has been installed, with a Dometic fridge
• A propane tank has been installed on the underside of the van for a propane Truma heater (that has not been hooked up)
• The electronics have been installed, including the following:
  • 2 x 200Ah 12V Victron Lithium Batteries
  • 30A Orion Alternator Charger Kit
  • Victron Multiplus Inverter
  • 400W of Zamp Obsidian Solar Panels
  • Victron and Blue Sea accessories for every other component
• The speaker system has been upgraded
  • Helix V Twelve DSP
  • Focal KX2 Mids and Tweeters (tweeters installed but not mounted)
• A RoamBuilt SafariRack 2.0 Curved has been installed with 5 Baja Design LP9 Pro lights – these lights turn night into day – it’s hard to overstate how bright they are, though they also have a low beam mode (that is still quite bright).

Additionally, the van comes with the following parts intended for install:

• Trionic 50 gallon water tank sized to fit inside of one of the bench compartments
• Five Baja Design LP9 (_not_ Pro) Lights
• Roambuilt Straight Side Ladder
• Truma Varioheat Propane Heater
• Second Laguna table hardware

Aside from finishing the project, there are also some issues that you will have to fix:

• I installed a mechanical sliding door, realized it was poorly made, and uninstalled it. There are a couple pieces of that hardware remaining that will need to be removed.
• The rear view mirror has been removed and will need to be replaced
• A couple plastic trim pieces are missing – I will keep looking for them, but there’s a chance that a piece or two will need to be ordered from Mercedes.
• The solar panels have been disconnected because I needed to move the wiring
